Honey Sugar Scrub

Make Sugar Scrub - Honey Sugar Hand, Feet and Body Scrub

1 small egg yolk,
1 teaspoon of honey
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoons of brown or white sugar
2 drops of lemon essential oil

Place the egg yolk in a small bowl and break it up, add the honey and olive oil and stir it very well. Stir in the sugar. Add the essential oil last.

After all of the ingredients are mixed very well, massage it onto your clean damp hands and body. This sugar scrub recipe for honey hand and body cream is very effective if you have dull, dry cracked skin. Pay special attention to your cuticles, nail bed and in between your fingers. Rub it all over your feet to smoothe the dry skin. Stand on a towel so that you do not slip and fall. After about 5 minutes of massage -- rinse with warm water. After you have rinsed your entire body, apply moisturizer to your skin.
