Natural Calm

Relax and Calm Yourself.

Use 20 drops each of lavender and orange oils, 10 drops of Roman chamomile, six drops of ylang-ylang and four drops of clary sage oil.

Add a few drops to your bath water or in the shower. You can also add a few drops around your home or office for a calm and stress-free feeling.
