For Men Only - After Shave and Colognes

Apple Cider Aftershave
Mix equal parts apple cider vinegar and witch hazel. Shake well and put in a clean container. Use after each shave.

Cooling After Shave
You need 1/2 cup aloe vera gel, 1 teaspoon of water, 2 teaspoons of witch hazel and 1/4 teaspoon of cologne. Mix all of the ingredients and put in a clean container.

Reduce Stress
Three drops of orange, two drops of lavender, two drops of ylang-ylang, one drop of clary sage. Put the oils in your warm bath water and lay back for about 20 or 30 minutes to feel the effects.>
