Soothing Body Mask

Smoothing Body Mask

It is best to make this mask right before your bath or shower.

You need;
5 tablespoons of kelp
6 tablespoons of clay
4 tablespoons of arrowroot powder
2 teaspoons of sweet almond oil
2 1/2 cups of warm water.

Mix the dry ingredients together, stir in the warm water and mix until smooth.
Stir in the oil and mix well.

Let it sit for 10 minutes to thicken.

Apply a layer all over your body and leave it on for 30 minutes.

After you rinse, apply shea butter or cocoa butter all over your body for soft silky skin.
