My Hands and Feet Get All Sweaty, What Can I Do?

Sweaty hands and feet are no joke and it can be pretty embarrassing when you shake hands and/or when your feet begin to smell.

The awful feeling of your feet sliding around in your shoes and the awful odor that is almost unmentionable is nothing to write home about. Thanks to this recipe, the wet handshake that embarrasses you (every time) can be helped.

This may be a breakthrough cure for excessively sweaty hands and feet. To help your sweaty hands and feet get some relief you can make a simple recipe out of essential oils. After a few uses your sweaty feet and hands will be like new.

Put a quart of water in a large container and add five drops of eucalyptus essential oil. Soak your hands and feet in the oil and water.
10 minutes for your hands and 10 minutes for your feet.

You can use peppermint essential oil instead of the eucalyptus oil.

Don't use undiluted essential oil on your skin, it's too strong.

  • Wash your hands and feet in tomato juice to get rid of odor.

  • Soaking your feet in tea will also help reduce foot odor.
