Pimples affect almost everyone has skin problems from time to time and not only teenagers have the problem of unexpected breakouts. With a few simple steps, you can put a stop to your regular breakouts and safe guard your skin to lessen the severity of your skin eruptions.
What is a pimple? A pimple starts when a hair follicle is stopped up with dirt and oil which allows sebum - your skin's natural oil - to build up. Bacteria, whose favorite food is oil, begin to stick to the sebum and the result is inflammation. The inflammation is an indication the your body is trying to get rid of the bacteria. The redness and swelling finally turns into - what we call - a pimple.
What triggers breakouts? - Some of the things that will trigger a breakout are: progesterone-dominant birth control pills, some medications, stress, iodine found in seafood and supplements and, of course, your hormones.
Avoid touching the pimple - The more you touch the infected area, the longer the healing process will take. Your dirty hands can add more germs to the pimple and your dirty hands can put dirt and germs on an uninfected area and more pimples will appear.
Clean your skin regularly - You cannot have beautiful skin if it is not properly cleansed on a daily basis. Develop a skin care regime that fits your skin type and stick to it. Do not over do it because over stimulation is bad for your skin, as well.
Always wear oil-free cosmetics - The oily, oil-based makeup will clog your delicate pores and your skin will suffer as a result. Water-based makeup and mineral based makeup is kinder to your skin

Make Your Skin Glow The Easy Way
What are the FAQ of glowing skin? The answers are simple.
Eat More Fruit - You can choose healthy foods for glowing skin. When you eat fruit instead of cookies and candy, you not only keep your weight more under control, you are eliminating the after effects of too much sweets. A diet with too much refined sugars will cause a myriad of problems to your body and to the overall look of your skin. Wrinkles, muscle loss, stiff joints and inflammation are a few of the adverse effects of consuming too much sugar (and fried foods).
Baked Not Fried - When you choose your meals, opt for bake or steamed foods instead of fried, smoked or roasted. These foods will cause almost the same adverse effects of eating too much sugar.
Get More Exercise - Get your body moving. A sedentary lifestyle will cause stiff joints, unqualified hunger, a large body among other ill effects. Plenty of exercise will help to release toxins that can dull your skin and possibly cause breakouts, and it can lead to a more positive body image. We all know that exercise has many more positive effects on your overall health and appearance.
Avoid the Sun - The sun causes damage that may be irreversible. Direct sun should be avoided between the hours of 10AM and 2PM. Sunscreen or sun block should be used no matter what time you are outside, even on cloudy days or when there is snow covering the ground. Skin cancer is a possibility if you spend too much time in direct sunlight, especially without proper protection.
Recipes for homemade facial masks to get glowing skin are really simple and easy.

Simple Tricks to Get Rid Of A Pimple
Simple Tricks to Get Rid Of A Pimple
→ Apple cider vinegar on pimples is the answer - To get rid of your pimple use a mixture of equal parts organic apple cider vinegar and distilled water or water that you have boiled on the stove and allowed to completely cool. Put the half and half solution on the pimple with a clean cotton pad two or three time a day.
In a few days the pimple will be almost not even there. After the pimple has cleared, use a milder solution of one table spoon of organic apple cider vinegar mixed with one cup of pure water. Keep the solution in the refrigerator in a clean sterilized container and try not to put the cotton pad directly on the container and always use a clean cotton pad. Apply the solution with a cotton pad after you cleanse your skin.
Do not use the clear white vinegar on your skin because it it not made with the care that the organic vinegar is made with. And, when you see the slime in the bottom of the organic vinegar is really a natural sediment -- that is the true sign of raw, unfiltered vinegar.
→ You can also clear your pimples with lemon juice. Use a cotton tip to put the lemon luice on your pimple[s]. They will clear up in a few days thanks to the antiseptic properties of the lemon juice. If you put the lemon juice all over your face, you will make the entire area lighter and this may make your pimples stand out even more. Make sure you put the juice only on your pimples, unless you want your skin to become lighter.
