Although impingement stress varies per person.

Food as an escape can also be triggered by stress hormones that cause hunger. There is research evidence that says that complex hormonal symptoms include hunger and satiety, as well as the desire to eat is influenced by stress and sleep patterns.

The combination of coping or problem solving with earlier biological mechanisms cause why anyone would automatically search for food to relieve stress while there are people looking for other solutions.

If we always respond to emotions with food, then it will become a habit. "The more often we do it, the more it becomes a pattern, then a habit," says Anne Wolf, a nutritionist.

Therefore, according to Wolf, to overcome this we need to find a new habit. For example, if you are stressed you usually go directly to the drawer to look for a snack, this time postpone. Try to sit quietly, set his breath and see what happens.

"It is important to stop and think about it. Whether we are hungry or just wanta eat in response to stress?," Said Wolf.

If we want to briefly resisted the urge to eat is usually a sense of stress will be gone and we no longer feel hungry. Do this until eventually replace the habit of overeating when stressed.

There are some patients who feel better after taking a certain medicine even though the drug does not work. The condition is also called the "placebo effect".
Conversely, there are also patients who have symptoms and side effects medicine simply because they were informed of the possibility of drug side effects. This is called the "nocebo effect".
hat's why health officials are advised to choose the right words when talking to patients.

"It's not just because of the power of negative words used by doctors and nurses, but also the power of negative thoughts and fears of patients," said Dr.Winfried Hauser, professor of medicine psikosomatk candidates from Germany.

Hauser examines the "nocebo effect" was to include 50 patients suffering from back pain. They were randomly divided into two groups. The first group was told that the test be performed stretching can improve their back pain.

Meanwhile a second group was told that the tests to be performed no side effects. It turns out that the group complained about the side effects of pain and poor test results.

Patients are highly susceptible to negative suggestion, especially patients in a rather severe conditions such as patients who will be operating, serious illness, or accident victims.

"People who are in extreme situations are usually located in a natural trance state so highly suggestible," the researchers wrote in the journal Deutsches Arzteblatt International.

Get Rid of Depression With Yogurt

Apparently there is a sense of discovery about get rid  of depression with yogurt. Fermented milk drinks or yoghurt was commonly known as having the ability to curing depression. The statement was based on a scientific report published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences.

According to researchers from Ireland, probiotics, or good bacteria, have the potential to alter brain chemistry and reduces anxiety and depression related disorders.

The study was based on the results of experiments conducted on mice who consumed the probiotic Lactobacillus rhamnosus. They found that mice given the probiotic had fewer signs of stress, anxiety, and depression. The results also show the stress hormone corticosterone levels are much lower.

Researchers claim, this is the first study membuktian that probiotics can affect brain chemistry. Scientists say the bacteria in the gut "communicate" with the brain through a nerve called the vagus.

"Without exaggerating, this study opens the way that we can develop therapies to treat psychiatric disorders in the gut as a target. You can eat yogurt containing probiotics in it and not with an antidepressant," said Professor John Cryan from University College, Cork .

However, he stressed that people who suffer from depression can not simply look for a solution to just buy any kind of yogurt on the market.

"These findings highlight the importance of the role of bacteria in the communication between the gut and brain. Certain probiotic organisms may prove useful in overcoming disorders such as stress or depression," he said.
